"Using the Website Nearly Drove Me Up the Wall"
Trying to find what I needed on WGU Essentials felt like a full-on treasure hunt with no map. The pages were dragging, the menus made my brain hurt, and somehow every click seemed to send me to the exact wrong place. By the time I got to checkout, I was already losing patience, and that part wasn’t exactly smooth either. Maybe other people have better luck with it, but for me it was ridiculously frustrating and way harder than it needed to be.

I had to reach out to support about my order, and yeah, they did get back to me, but it took a bit longer than I was expecting. They got it sorted in the end, so that was good, just not exactly fast. Overall, it was fine. Not bad, but nothing really stood out either.

I ordered from wgustore.com and the tracking did update, but it was slow and kind of vague. I kept having to check back and try to figure out where my package actually was, which felt like extra work for something that should’ve been straightforward. It did show up in the end, just later than I thought it would. Overall, not terrible, but the delivery updates could definitely be clearer and more accurate

I spent some time browsing WGU Essentials, and the product pages are mostly okay. They give you the general idea, like around what size things are and what the item is, but I felt like a few details were missing. I would’ve liked to see maybe a few more photos and a clearer explanation of the materials. The prices seemed reasonable enough, but there wasn’t quite enough info for me to feel totally confident about buying. Overall, it’s not bad, just could be organized a little better.

I was happy they actually had my size in stock, because that doesn’t always happen with school stores. Checkout was easy too. The only thing is I kind of felt ignored when I had a question, but overall I’m still glad I found what I needed.

Ordered from wgustore.com. Item showed up fine. But the packaging was basic. Box had a few dents. Not much padding inside either. Nothing broke, luckily. Still, I expected a little more care. Not awful. Just not great.

The checkout loaded quickly, which I appreciated. I also liked that the total showed before I paid, seems basic, but not every site makes it that straightforward. No random popups or extra steps either.
My order confirmation email came through a few minutes later. Nothing over the top, just smooth and simple. it worked the way you’d hope it would, so I’d use them again

When I first got the shirt, I thought it looked nice, and the fit seemed fine. After wearing it, though, I noticed the fabric feels a little thinner than I expected. It’s not a bad shirt by any means, but for the price, I personally thought the quality would be a bit better
